ORLANDO, FL – Congresswoman Val Demings (D-Orlando) today announced that the state of Florida has been awarded a $13,020,000 National Dislocated Worker Grant, with $4,340,000 to be released initially.
Today, Rep. Demings will vote against the short-term continuing resolution (CR) to temporarily fund the federal government until February 8th. She previously opposed last week’s CR.
